How to use the Attribution and Insights feature?

Pre-requirements

  1. To set up the attribution and insights feature, you need to have a WorkMagic account (Standard plan).
  2. You also need to have your platforms connected with WorkMagic
Go to your account on the right corner of the WorkMagic platform
Scroll down to the integrations part

You can connect any of the following:

2. Choose channel attribution or creative insights

Note: Make sure UTM tracking is set up.

  1. Click on either “all channels”, "ads" or”emails “depending on what you what to analyze.
  2. In the right corner, you can set up the click date, attribution model and filters.
We recommend Magic attribution because it precisely pinpoints which channels and ad campaigns had the greatest impact on customer behavior and revenue, therefore data is used to determine the most lucrative sources for future ads/channel optimization.
In the filters setting, you can choose which Meta Ads and Google Ads accounts you want to analyze.

  1. In the “all channels” dashboard you can see the total number of:
  • Orders
  • Page views
  • New customers
  • Returning customers
  • Sales
  • Total cost
  • Net profit
  • Net margin

You can change the metrics in the "Metrics setting" on the right, and you can download the dashboard as a sheet.
