Overview

Channel attribution is a powerful feature that enables you to analyze the performance of your marketing efforts across different channels. It provides you with comprehensive data, multiple attribution models, a rich library of metrics, and a variety of dashboards to visualize trends and make comparisons.

Pre-Requirements

To set up the attribution and insights feature, you need to make sure that you have:


Upon setup, you will find different tabs for attribution analysis.

All Channels Dashboard

In the right corner, you can set up the click date, attribution model and filters.

For an even more detailed view, scroll down for an "all metrics" dashboard where you can find the exact numbers for individual channels.

You can change the metrics in the "Metrics setting" on the right, and you can download the dashboard as a CSV file.

Ads Dashboard

This is where you can track your ad spending, sales, ROAS and detailed information about ad campaigns.

For a detailed overview, choose the trendline by platform, account or ad type. You can compare ROAS, POAS, Cost per order, CAC, Impressions, etc..

Scroll below for a detailed list of individual launched ads with data.


You can take actions within the WorkMagic platform, which will automatically apply to your ads platform.

These actions are currently enabled for Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat - all available for campaigns, ad sets/ad groups, and ad levels.

  • Turn on: Toggle to the right to activate the campaign/ad

  • Turn off: Toggle to the left to de-activate the campaign/ad

  • Delete: Click on the trash icon to delete the campaign/ad.

  • Change budgeting: Click on the pencil icon in the Budget column to edit your budget

  • Change bidding

    • Google: campaign level

    • Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat: ad sets/ad groups level

    • Snapchat: not supported yet

    • Click on the pencil icon in the Ad group/set column to edit your bidding amount
