I've updated my UTM tracking settings manually. Why has the dashboard not updated?

Your dashboard automatically updates when you use our automatic updater tool.

If you manually update your tracking settings in their respective ad platform, you will need to refresh the WorkMagic dashboard manually. Click on the "Refresh data" button located on the upper right of the Tracking Settings dashboard.

Note: Your ad platforms connected will automatically refresh every 6 hours.
