Walmart Seller Center is the management portal for third-party Marketplace sellers on Walmart.com. Connecting it to WorkMagic pulls your Walmart sales, orders, and revenue data into WorkMagic's attribution and reporting layer, giving you a unified view of Walmart alongside your other sales channels.
Before you connect
• Authorize with a user who has Admin access to your Walmart Seller Center account. The account picker only surfaces sellers accessible to the authorizing user — missing access means missing accounts with no warning shown in WorkMagic.
• Connect every Seller Center account you want included in reporting. Missing accounts result in incomplete Walmart sales data and skewed cross-channel attribution.
• Walmart Seller Center data covers sales, orders, and fulfillment metrics. Ad spend data from Walmart Connect (Sponsored Search and Display) is managed separately — see the Walmart SEM article for instructions on connecting your Walmart Connect advertising accounts.
• Set up your Campaign inclusion rule after connecting to scope which Walmart activity counts toward WorkMagic attribution. Configure this during setup or later from Settings > Platform Integration > Media Platform Connection > Settings.
⚠ Note: If you manage Walmart Seller Center on behalf of a client, confirm that your user account has been granted Admin access to the client's Seller Center account before authorizing. Access granted at a sub-account or read-only level may result in incomplete data or a failed connection. |
Connect your Walmart Seller Center account
Here are the steps to connect your Walmart Seller Center account to WorkMagic:
1. Navigate to Settings > Platform Integration > Media Platform Connection.
2. Find Walmart Seller Center in the list and click Connect.
3. Review and agree to the terms and conditions.
4. Log in to your Walmart Seller Center account in the pop-up window. Use the account that has Admin access to all seller accounts you intend to connect.
5. Review the permissions requested and click Allow to authorize WorkMagic.
6. Select the seller accounts you want to connect from the list.
7. Click Confirm to complete the connection.
Your Walmart Seller Center account has been successfully connected.
