Integrating Universal Ads with WorkMagic allows you to supercharge your ad campaign attribution and streamline your data tracking. By connecting these platforms, you gain access to comprehensive analytics dashboards that provide deep insights into your ad performance, including engagements, conversions, and ROI.
Step 1 - Navigate to Integrations Settings
Log in to your WorkMagic dashboard. Look at the sidebar on the left side of the screen and click on the Settings.
Click on the Integrations tab.
Within the Integrations tab, scroll down to the 'Ads' section or look for the Universal Ads card. Click the Connect button located at the bottom of the card.
Step 2 - Initiate the Universal Ads Connection
After clicking connect, a modal will appear outlining the permissions WorkMagic requires. These permissions allow the platform to pull performance data and provide ROI insights. Review the requirements and click Next to proceed to the third-party authorization page.
Important: Before proceeding, ensure you have full administrative access to the Universal Ads accounts you intend to connect.
Step 3 - Authorize WorkMagic in Universal Ads
You will be redirected to the Universal Ads authorization portal. First, select the Organizations that you wish to grant WorkMagic access to. After selecting the appropriate organizations, click Next.
On the following screen, you will see a detailed list of access levels, including the ability to view data about ad accounts, campaigns, and creatives. Click the Authorize button to grant these permissions and return to the WorkMagic platform.
Step 4 - Select and Confirm Specific Ad Accounts
Once redirected back to WorkMagic, a final modal will prompt you to select the specific Ad Accounts you want to sync. Check the boxes next to the relevant accounts and click Confirm.
Step 5 - Completion and Verification
Upon successful completion, you will see a green checkmark indicating that your Universal Ads account is connected. You can now view your synchronized data within the Analytics dashboards.
You can verify the status at any time by revisiting the Integrations tab. The Universal Ads card will now display a green 'Connected' status indicator along with the name of the linked ad account.
