You can integrate your Amazon Ads accounts with WorkMagic to gain insights into store sales and marketing performance across North America (NA), Europe (EU), and the Far East (FE). Follow the steps below to connect your Amazon Ads accounts.
Supported regions include:
NA (US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil)
EU (UK, Spain, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Italy, Germany, Sweden, Poland, Egypt, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, UAE, India)
FE (Singapore, Japan, Australia)
Step 1: Go to Settings > Integrations
Navigate to Settings in the left sidebar.
Click on the Integrations tab.
Select the Ads sub-tab to view available advertising platform integrations.
Step 2: Choose a Region and Click “Connect”
Locate the relevant Amazon Ads region card (e.g. Amazon Ads NA, Amazon Ads EU, or Amazon Ads FE) and click Connect.
Step 3: Grant Permission to WorkMagic
A pop-up will appear requesting permission from Amazon to allow WorkMagic access:
To provide insights into store sales and ad marketing performance
To select specific accounts to connect
Click Next to proceed.
Step 4: Authorize WorkMagic Access on Amazon
You’ll be redirected to Amazon’s login and permission screen. Click Allow to authorize WorkMagic.
Step 5: Select Your Amazon Ad Accounts
Once authorized, choose the ad accounts you want to connect to WorkMagic. We recommend selecting only the accounts associated with your connected Shopify store.
Check the boxes for the accounts you want to include, then click Confirm.
Step 6: Account is connected
You’ll see a success message confirming your Amazon Ads accounts are connected to WorkMagic.
