Manually set up tracking parameters in Tatari

Streaming TV (For Websites)

❗ Note: The steps below are only applicable to your website. If you have an app, please contact us to get further information.

1. Navigate to the Streaming Campaign Settings:

Go to Campaigns > Streaming.

2. Under the Click-through URLs section, click on Create Click-through URL.

3. Set Up UTM Parameters:

  • Click Add optional parameters to include the UTM parameters.

  • Add the following parameters:

  • ParameterValue:

  • After setting up the parameters, apply this URL as your streaming campaign click-through URL.

  • Example of the Click-through URL:

    Once set, your click-through URL will look like this:

www.test.com/?ta_campaign{{er_media_plan_id}}&wm_source=tatari&wm_medium=streaming&wm_creative_id={{er_creative_id}}&wm_advertiser={{er_advertiser}}&wm_vendor={{er_vendor}}

Linear TV

While we cannot directly track users from viewing a linear TV ad to shopping, you can enhance tracking by adding a QR code to the ad that directs users to your shop. We also recommend including UTM parameters in the landing page link for better tracking.

  1. Set UTM Parameters for Linear TV:

    1. Copy the following tracking parameters and add them to the end of your landing page URL:

      &wm_source=tatari&wm_medium=linear
  1. Example of the Landing Page URL:

    1. Your landing page URL will look like this:

      www.example.com?utm_source=tatari&utm_medium=linear
