Follow these steps to configure your shipping costs.

Navigate to Settings &gt; Cost settings.

Configuring your shipping cost is to ensure your data is being attributed accurately within WorkMagic.

Configure your shipping cost from the following options:

1. Shipping platform integration
 Shippo, Shipstation, or ShipBob. For more information on how to connect to these platforms, refer to these articles:

 We will sync the shipping costs from the shipping platform to calculate your total costs.
 
 
 
 
 
2. Shopify shipping charges
 This amount will be the shipping charge you set up within Shopify: based on shipping zone, origin, and carrier. Shopify shipping charges are set by price based, weight based, general based (flat) rates, or free. This will be the same amount that the customer pays for.
 
 
 
3. Set fixed shipping cost per order
 This will be a fixed dollar amount that applies to all orders, not dependent on the order value. The default amount is $0 but you can adjust the value.
 
 
 
4. Set shipping cost as % of sales
 This will be a fixed percentage that applies to sales, not dependent on sales value. The default setting is 0% but you can adjust the percentage rate.
