Follow these steps to configure your Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and handling fees.
Note: all of the cost settings are order based.
Navigate to Settings > Cost settings.
Configuring your COGS settings ensures your data is being attributed accurately within WorkMagic.
There are two options to set your COGS:
Use Shopify COGS & fixed handling fees.
Just connect your Shopify store with WorkMagic and we will auto sync the fees.
If you need to edit the cost of goods and shipping (COGS), you'll need to update that directly within Shopify.
Use COGS as % of sales.
We support changing fixed percentage rates within the WorkMagic platform.
The default setting is 0% but you can adjust the percentage rate.
