What is Justin AI?
Justin is an AI teammate that lives where your team already works — in Slack and in the WorkMagic platform .Instead of logging into a dashboard and building a report yourself, you ask Justin, and it does the work: pulling numbers, comparing attribution models, spotting anomalies, and turning it all into something you can share.
Justin connects to your marketing stack through connectors, and WorkMagic is its strongest one — so it answers your performance questions from the same incrementality-calibrated data your WorkMagic dashboards use, meaning its numbers reconcile with the platform.
What Justin can do for you
Answer data questions. "How did Meta ROAS trend last week?" — answered straight from your WorkMagic data, with platform / last-click / DDA model comparisons when you want them.
Produce deliverables. Dashboards, weekly reports, shareable reports, and deep-dive analyses — built on request and shareable by link.
Work across your tools. "Summarize this week's numbers into our Monday-sync Google Doc." "Pull the action items from my last Zoom call." Justin crosses tools so you don't have to copy-paste between them.
Work proactively. Scheduled recaps, anomaly alerts, and helpful nudges — Justin reads the context of a channel it's added to and offers to help, so useful things reach you before you go looking.
Getting started
Setup takes just a few minutes. If you're a WorkMagic customer, Justin is ready to go — your WorkMagic data is already a connected source.
Sign up. Go to app.getjustin.ai and click Sign up with WorkMagic. Make sure you're signing in to your WorkMagic team.
Connect your tools. Add the everyday tools you want Justin to work with — Google Docs, Zoom, email, ad platforms, and more. The more Justin can reach, the more it can do for you in a single ask.
Start talking to Justin. Once you're set up, just ask. There are two ways to talk to Justin — use whichever fits the moment
In the WorkMagic web app — start right away and ask Justin a question about your performance.
In Slack (recommended) — connect your Slack workspace so Justin can work where your team already talks. Send it a DM, or — better — invite it into a shared channel and ask there, where it picks up the context your team is already discussing and its answers are visible to everyone.
Tips to get the best results
Justin is a teammate, not a search box. A few habits make a big difference:
Invite Justin into channels, not just DMs. A DM with Justin is useful, but the real value is in group channels — it reads the conversation your team is already having, picks up shared context, and its answers help everyone. Put Justin in your growth channel, your weekly-sync channel, your client channel — wherever the real discussion happens.
Be specific: metric + timeframe + scope. "How's Meta doing?" gets a vague answer. "Meta iDDA ROAS, last 30 days, Shopify only" gets a sharp one. Lead with the goal.
Ask a lot — don't just assign tasks. The best results come from back-and-forth: ask, look at the answer, push on it, ask "why," ask "what would you do." Follow-up questions are free.
Iterate in the same thread, don't restart. If the first answer isn't quite right, refine it right there ("break that down by region", "now compare last-click vs DDA"). Justin keeps the context.
Correct it and let it remember. Tell Justin your conventions — which attribution model you trust, your break-even ROAS, how your campaigns are named — and it remembers, so future answers come out the way your team thinks.
Name the format you want. "…as a table," "…build me a dashboard," "…one paragraph I can send my CMO," "…a shareable report."
Verify what's high-stakes. Justin is a strong analyst, not an oracle. For decisions that matter, ask which attribution model a number came from, or ask it to show its reasoning.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to set anything up? If you're a WorkMagic customer, Justin is ready to go — your WorkMagic data is already a connected source. Just connect any other tools you use and invite Justin into your Slack channels.
Do I need Slack to use Justin? No — you can use Justin in the WorkMagic web app. But Slack is where Justin is most useful, since it can work alongside your team in the channels where you already talk.
Is my data safe? Can teammates see my accounts? Connectors have visibility controls — you choose whether a connected account is shared with your whole team or kept to yourself. Justin acts within the permissions of whoever connected the account, and it never sends emails or messages on your behalf without your confirmation.
Will Justin post on its own or spam my channels? No. Justin is silent unless you @-mention it or something real happens — a scheduled recap, an anomaly, or a connector event. There's no constant chatter.
Can Justin be wrong? Justin is a strong analyst, but not an oracle. Because it reads from the same WorkMagic data your dashboards use, its numbers reconcile with the platform — but for high-stakes decisions, ask which attribution model a number came from or ask it to show its reasoning.
Do I need to be "good at AI" or write perfect prompts? No. If you can describe what you want to a colleague, you can use Justin. Be specific, ask follow-ups instead of starting over, and let it remember your conventions.
What can Justin do out of the box? Answer performance questions from your WorkMagic data, compare attribution models, diagnose anomalies, read budget scenarios and lift-test results, build dashboards and shareable reports, and work across your other connected tools.
