The Overview Page provides a dynamic dashboard where you can customize the display of key performance metrics. This section guides you through managing the metric cards efficiently.
1. Re-order the cards position
You can rearrange the cards to prioritize key metrics and align them with your workflow.
Step 1: Hover over the card you want to move.
Step 2: Click and hold the drag handle (usually an icon with dots or lines).
Step 3: Drag the card to your preferred position and release it.
Your changes will be saved automatically, ensuring a personalized experience every time you access the dashboard.
2. Metric Detail Pop-up
Each metric card provides a detailed pop-up with additional insights.
Step 1: Click on any metric card.
Step 2: A pop-up will appear, displaying a detailed breakdown, including trends, performance comparisons, and historical data.
This feature helps you analyze performance fluctuations and make data-driven decisions.
3. Time Dimension picker
The Time Dimension Picker allows you to customize the timeframe for the detailed metric view.
Step 1: Open the Metric Detail Pop-up by clicking on a metric card.
Step 2: Inside the pop-up, locate the Time Dimension Selector.
Step 3: Choose between Day, Week, or Month views to adjust how the data is displayed.
Step 4: Select a specific date range (e.g., November 1 - November 7, 2024) to focus on relevant data.
This feature allows for granular analysis of trends over different timeframes, helping you spot performance patterns more effectively.
4. Comparison Mode
The Comparison Mode allows you to compare current performance against previous periods.
Step 1: Click on the Comparison tab inside a Metric Detail Pop-up.
Step 2: Select the time periods you want to compare (e.g., This Week vs. Last Week, This Month vs. Last Month).
Step 3: A side-by-side data visualization helps you identify growth trends or areas needing improvement.
