What user permission does WorkMagic support?

WorkMagic currently offers three roles: Admin, Operator, and Viewer.

  • Admins: Full permissions, including adding/removing team members, managing integrations, lift tests, audience segments, and subscription plans.

  • Operators: Can manage integrations, lift tests, and audience segments but cannot add team members or manage subscription plans.

  • Viewers: Read-only access to the account, with no permissions to add team members, or manage integrations, lift tests, audience segments, or subscription plans.

To change user permissions, go to 'Your Account' in the top-right corner and select the 'Team Management' tab.
