Each WorkMagic account supports connection to a single Shopify store. If you want to manage multiple Shopify stores, simply set up additional WorkMagic accounts.

You won't be charged extra for multiple accounts under the same brand, and we recommend you use the same email address for easier management.

To create and manage an additional WorkMagic account, please:

  1. Request activation: Contact your sales or account manager for activation.

  2. Set up and new account: Once activated, follow the same onboarding process to complete the setup. If you have multiple accounts linked to the same email, you’ll be prompted to select an account upon login.

  3. Switch accounts: To manage or switch between your WorkMagic accounts, use the account drop-down menu located in the top-right corner of your dashboard.
